3. Before you graduate
Program of Study Committee (POSC): approved the term PRIOR to graduation, or pre-lim.
Incompletes removed from your record
Expired classes (over 7 years – master’s; 10 years Ph.D.) approved
Pre-lim taken 6 months prior to final exam.
POSC classes are accurate

4. Graduate Student Status Page – all requirements met

5. Items in orange need attention. Modifications can be submitted
by using the “My POSC” button.

6. When POSC forms are approved, you can view your Program Audit, which indicates items are complete.
