2 The Hotusa Group The Hotusa Group is a dynamic, expanding organisation with over 38 years' experience and formed of a pool of companies from diverse spheres of the tourism sector. The embryo and hub of the Hotusa Hotels group is a hotel consortium created in Barcelona in 1977 which today positions itself as the world's number one independent hotel consortium. The Hotusa Group develops business activities in over 100 countries. The central headquarters is in Barcelona and it has offices in Madrid, Paris, London, Rome, Lisbon, Buenos Aires, Mexico and Bangkok. The Group is structured around two main areas: Tourism area:  It is made up of different companies geared towards providing distribution, commercialisation and marketing services to hotels throughout the world. Hotel area:  Under the name of Eurostars Hotel Company, this area encompasses direct hotel management processes. Nowadays, Grupo Hotusa includes more than 150 hotels: over 80 establishments incorporated in Eurostars Hotels and about 40 in Exe Hotels.

The headquarters are located in Madrid and offers a catalogue of over 200,000 hotels around the world. Hotusa hotels partners are promoted in each city as preferred hotel and enjoy premium position in all searches. With an exclusive extranet for professional access, Call Center and XML integration with travel agencies, Restel reaches more than 50,000 travel agencies.

11 Our Marketing Plan The 2017 Hotusa Hotels Marketing Plan seeks to cover the various needs and expectations regarding the commercial presence of all members in our consortium. We offer a wide variety of actions as an essential part of your business and marketing strategies, offering the opportunity to take part in many of them actively. During 2016 we have provided a wide range of actions, involving leading markets such as Spain, Germany, Portugal, France, Italy, UK, Brazil, Colombia and UAE. In 2017 we will increase this activities as per the success experienced. The actions proposed have been chosen under careful analysis and are divided into several groups of activity: presence at fairs, participation in workshops and sales calls as well as other commercially-focused actions aimed at intensifying channels such as GDS or RESTEL.

12 Account Management The objective behind the concept of Hotusa Account Management is to optimize the sale of each member hotel. For this reason we offer the company the following services: Helpdesk - training Relationship management Strategic planning Innovative development of opportunities 100 % connectivity to the major Channel Manager Statistical reports Each of our partner hotels has a personal account manager to support him. Our team´s goal is to maximize the profitability and improve sales. Business proposal Membership Fee £ 285 per Month Contract duration 24 months Commission Structure Type of booking commission Overriding Commission Individuals B2B 20% 1% for superior turnovers of GBP 60, ,5% for superior turnovers of GBP 85, % for superior turnovers of GBP 110,000.00 Individuals B2C Groups 5% * All B2B bookings made through Restel will receive an over commission of 1’5 % * This fee includes the commission of the travel agency or any other intermediary.
