Apprenticeship scheme
Integral part of Yorkshire Housing social purpose Nationally recognised Yorkshire Housing apprenticeship programme commenced in 2007 89 apprentices have been employed since 2007 20 apprentices with Yorkshire Housing currently.

Structured personal development plan Graduate level salary within three - four years Aim is to retain long term Trade and non trade apprentices Savings on recruitment costs.
