Welcome and Tool-Bar Screen
The Welcome screen contains at the Top and at the Bottom the Estimator Tool-Bars where you can instantly navigate between all windows without closing any current one you are working on.
The 2 Tool-Bars appear on all windows for easy access to all parts of the program
Selecting Estimates from either of the 2 locations instantly takes you to the screen shown on the next slide.
After selecting Estimates you begin the estimating process.
There is a Defaults Screen at the top where you can set the starting values for all 4 parts as well as for the Wide-Format or the Envelope/Screen opening values.

After selecting Estimates from the menu bar the Estimates window opens and includes special features including Job Scheduling Reports for each Department and easy lookup choices.
Easy to read Job descriptions and copy and add features simplifies the experience
The Offset/Digital button will open the window in the next slide with options including Sheetfed, Web, Flexo, Forms, Large Screen, and all Digital formats.
The Envelope/Screen button allows estimating for Offset and Digital Envelope printing as well as T-Shirt and Pad printing

A - Column: Contains all the press information. Select Units or Book (Enter page size and the program calculates exact layout: Shown below bottom line.)
B – Column: Contains all the stock information. Select from Catalog, Price/M or choose category and Basis Wt. Sheets or Price per CWT. (Program shows $/M Sheets below bottom line)
C – Column: Select Pre-Press, and all Bindery or special services, unlimited choices.

Adding additional parts is simple, Check Part 2 which activates the 2nd part. Click on Part 2
You may select all new functions including a different press from the Drop Down with your listed equipment.
Select up to 6 different Quantities, Just Tab up.

Part 2: Activate to add another part to the estimate
Example: Select Book and enter Description part with Plus Cover in Column A and enter # of pages
(4 in Example)
B – Column: Change the paper from Text to Cover
C – Column: Select Pre-Press, and all Bindery or special services, unlimited choices.
Hit Update Button top or bottom to complete Description in last Column and review info below the bottom line

Estimator Details Shows breakdown of Charges and % Profit and Value-Added
Estimator Details: Gives an in depth analysis of the charges for each function including Stock quantity and usage.
Top left shows the Client and below the Stock requirements for each of the 4 parts
The next lower section gives the complete part description
The upper right provides the Gross price with any discounts or additions and the net Sale Price below that
Each part and the press used is easily identified and below in each part column are the charges detailed as well as the Hours allocated for each main printing and bindery function
The right side column at the bottom even shows and sales commission due and across the page bottom is a detailed analysis of the charges with the Profit and % profit to the right hand side.

Roll or Flatbed with Unlimited Finishing
Activating the Wide Format screen presents the easiest to understand and use UI or user interface.
Column A: Select the press, Stock, and size.
Column B: Select Print options with # of colors, add bleed if required for finishing
Column C: Shows selected finishing operations as well as selected DPI and Ink Coverage.
The last Column Automatically shows the complete description and selected quantity as well as the final price to the customer.
Below the Bottom Line is a complete job analysis Including Sheets Required or Roll Length. Configuration in the center showing a Dutch or Right Angle layout for the Flat Bed sheet size selected.
The last Usage Column provides details as to usage and waste to help configure the most efficient layouts.
A Detail Report shows all selected quantities cost breakout and profit %.

When selecting services from the Tool Bar at the top this window appears allowing you to from the button on the upper right to add a new service.
All services are alphabetically sorted for easy reference when selecting for a specific job.
This window shows all the services available and allows easy editing of the price and any supplier markup.
This comprehensive list also sorts when an Item is selected between Envelope, Wide-Format and Offset or Flexo Printing.
Other Functions such and Pre-Press and stock information operate in a similar fashion

Adding a new service to any part is simply accomplished by clicking the selection arrow at the top revealing the complete drop down list of your added services and the pricing.
All of these services are easily edited as shown on the previous slide.
It is also easy to determine from the Drop Down list the Setup Cost as well as the cost per M Pieces or cost per M Sheets
All Pre-Press Services are accessed in the same manner and are also sorted alphabetically for easy selection.

Auto Imposition Feature
When the impose it button is activated from any Estimator Cloud Part the window to your right opens.
The top portion allows you to enter the Press Sheet size and the Item size. Select UPDATE below and it calculates the Max/Sheet top left in lower image.
Enter# Out in center and the quantity for each lot (up to 4) below. Select UPDATE and final calculation of all information is completed
Notice that Impose-It minimizes sheet usage and shows layout, including suggested Stripping and layout option.
Hit Update Button to complete calculation, when done select close to return to Estimate
