Persecution is the mistreatment of an individual or group by others because of religious, ethnic or political differences.

Even though you’ll be hated by the world, testify to them the truth about Me.

His coming and His miracles increased people’s responsibility and guilt because they rejected Him as Savior and Lord.

23. C. If the world thinks you’re wonderful, question whether you’re being a bold enough witness for Christ.

24. D. The world’s hatred for Christ’s work does not thwart God’s sovereignty, rather fulfills it.
When unbelievers rage against God, they’re actually fulfilling God’s word.
When unbelievers seem to win, don’t fret.
God is still in control and He will ultimately judge all who wrong you.

25. Let’s finish on a positive note: v.26-27
In spite of the typical reaction of most unbelievers to the message of Christ,
some will heed the testifying work of the Holy Spirit through us and be saved!!

26. Seek ye first the kingdom of God, And His righteousness;
