WELCOME to STARR Companies’ Human Resources Portal!
This presentation will provide instructions for new user registration.
Please take some time to review the information presented before attempting to sign into the portal for the first time.

Click on New User Registration Instructions, or simply print this presentation to assist you with the registration process.

Click on the New User Registration link to start the registration process.

Click on Register Now to start the registration process.
To start the registration process, click Register Now. You need to have your pass code ready so you can enter it on the next page.
Click the Register Now button. There are 6 steps:
Step 1: Enter the registration passcode that identifies you as one of our employees.
Step 2: Enter your personal information to identify you as a valid user.
Step 3: Enter your contact information, including your address.
Step 4: You will be prompted for security questions that will be used if you forget your password. This will save you from calling ADP or your HR practitioner to reset your password.
Step 5: This is where you will create your password so you can securely log on. Only you can see your information with this password, so it is important to keep your password in a secure place.
Step 6: This is the confirmation.

Starr’ Registration Pass Code Is: CVSTARR-1234
A wizard takes you through the six steps involved in registering for ADP Workforce Now. You only need to do this once.
Enter your registration pass code. Click Next.

In order to verify your identity with ADP, you must enter your personal information into this secure form. If your provided data does not match with our records, the system will not allow you to complete the registration.
To protect the information that you view or modify online, you must provide proof of your identity.
Verify your identity by entering your basic information. Click Next.

Be sure to enter the most appropriate address at this point in registration. All notifications will be routed to this address in the future.
Enter your contact information. Click Next.

You should pick memorable security questions and answers for future reference, in case you forget your login details.
Enter your security information. This information is used to verify your identity if you should forget your user ID or password. Click Next.

Your user ID is displayed at this point in the process, and you now have the opportunity to create your password for accessing the HR Portal and ADP services.
Your user ID displays. Create and confirm your password. Click Submit.

A confirmation will be sent to you with your user ID. Click CLOSE and return to Starr’s HR Portal page to login.
Your registration is complete. You now have a valid user ID. Click Log On to access ADP Workforce Now and Employee Self Service.

Your registration with the new Human Resources Portal is now Complete, and you are ready to log into the portal for the first time.
Please take a moment to review the First Time User Login Guide and Orientation link located on the HR Portal Login Page. The guide will give you a quick overview of where to go to find valuable resources quickly on the portal.
