MPM consistently holds tolerances down to On holes and other localized features tolerances greater than can be achieved.
MPM consistently produces some of the most difficult and quick turn jobs in the industry from quoting to delivery. Examples, Include one off monolithic titanium inlet skins for the X45-B(IDS), Test fuel cell for the B-52 replacement fuel bladder (IDS), replacement wing spars for the KC-135, The Scorpion’s 16ft long cockpit rail, Scorpion Pylon shells, and the Scorpion canopy rail.
MPM has vast experience in dealing with “Planning Controlled”, “Fracture Critical”, “Fracture Critical Traceable”, serialization, material and process traceability.
If MPM receives a job that is outside of our capabilities we have a vast network of suppliers who have proven themselves to deliver quality parts on time and within budget.

MPM's Quality Assurance Department ensures that all parts delivered by MPM Inc. meet customer requirements.
MPM has the capability to inspect a diverse array of parts. Utilizing our LK G90C CMM and API Radian R-20 laser tracker,
MPM performs First Article Inspections for all production parts per AS9102 Rev B.

MPM Inc. maintains current ISO 9001, AS9100 Rev C, and ITAR certifications.
Boeing and Spirit Aerosystems Model Based Definition (MDB) programs with both Catia V5 or higher software packages per D
