4. Scodix 2017 Design Awards Judging Committee How to Submit Your Entries
The judging committee will convene at Scodix Headquarters, Winners are notified after the judging process is complete.
The judges consider the business/user story of the job, its outcome/effect, Scodix’s added-value contribution to the job, relevance/visibility of Scodix in the job, richness/combination of Scodix enhancement elements, and overall look & feel.

5. Scodix 2017 Design Awards Terms & Conditions General Notes
Scodix 2017 Design Awards is open to Scodix customers only. All jobs must include Scodix enhancements.
Entry Fees: Free of charge
Submissions Deadline: August 24, 2017 (including job(s)/sample(s) and accompanying documentation must be received at Scodix)
Number of copies: 5-10 printed example per submission
Job Types: No restrictions. All job types are eligible and may be submitted.
Job Documentation: (submit in a word document via )
Company logo: JPG/PNG format, 300 dpi
Company contact information
Award category: Each job must be classified according to one of the 4 categories.
Job Details: Job name/title and number of employees involved in the job creation/production.
Describe objective/results: A detailed description of each job sample submitted up to 100 words.
Job Description (optional items): Why was a Scodix enhancement added to this job? Application used/job purpose? How many orders of this job were received? Customer feedback/final results? Include brief customer info/details.
General Notes
All competition submissions exclusively grant Scodix permission to display the jobs submitted, at Scodix events worldwide.
Some winning entries may also appear on Scodix’s website and in other digital and print materials.
Scodix assumes all entries are original and are the work and property of the entrant, with all rights granted therein.
Scodix is not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant and will not become involved in copyright disputes should they arise.
If you wish to be notified of the receipt of your entry, please include this request in your entry .
All submission shipments will be handled/on the account of the Scodix customer, unless special assistance has been requested in advance.
No entries will be returned.
All entries are judged fairly and equally.
