UP has a trademark approach to development that is based on the principle of partnerships with local development organisations. UP works to develop genuine and effective partnerships with local organisations where the primary point of convergence for UP and each of our partners is the communities that we each serve and support. Through the experience of long-term partnership, UP and its partners developed genuine synergy and ensure that project delivery is both effective (by maximising impacts on target groups) and efficient (by maximising outputs with limited project resources).
