5. About The Company.
EP Infoways was incorporated in 2008 with a principle to Evolve, Evaluate and Enable Technologies, Techniques and Thoughts processes through innovation in education sector. It was formed to develop the innovative and creative mindsets who could out perform in the sector of skill and serve society. It is a leading consulting organization focused on excellence in education with technology based infrastructure.
It was started by Mr. Sachin Jain (M.Tech, IIT Roorkee) who had ambition to contribute something significant to the field of education and skill development in order to serve mankind and society at large. He left his dignified high perked job at Freescale Semiconductors and adopted a challenging path to empower the professionals and the society through unleashing creativity, entrepreneurship skills and powerful social network.

6. The Story.
EP Infoways has continually focused on mobilization of students for various institutes, counselling of students and enhancing their skills through various training initiatives. It also provides career counselling so that they can choose the right path and move in the right direction in their life. EP Infoways has mobilized more than 100,000 students in last 4 to 5 years .
EP Infoways aims to promote various activities & programs by imparting skill sets & entrepreneurial talent to address socio-economic issues which makes a positive impact on all sections of the society. This initiative aims to exchange ideas on the potential of social skill sets in rural section for entrepreneurship promotion by close interaction between practitioners (business incubators and business supporting organizations), policy makers (government, ministries and state agencies), entrepreneurs (SMEs and Start Ups) and researchers (Universities, research and development centers, technology transfer centers and start-up centers).

7. EP Infoways in Skill Sector
EP Infoways started working with NSDC INDIA in 2013 and has trained more than 2000 students under Star Scheme so far as to assist and encourage skill development for youth by providing monetary rewards.
It aims to increase the productivity of existing workforce and align training and certification to fulfil the needs of our country and to boost employability and productivity of youth by incentivizing them for skill training.
To Contribute to the National Skill Registry and the Numbers of Skill Trained and certified people in India, EPi has been engaged in association with many corporate companies to implement the various Govt. Skill Development Schemes & Programs on ground and has come up with a wonderful results in reality. EPi has been working with Govt. and Corporate Companies on projects like: Udaan, Recognition of Prior Learning un PMKVY 2.0 and also Short Term Training Scheme.

8. Project UDAAN – NSDC INDIA - EPi
EPi has been implementing project Udaan with various Corporate Companies to contribute to the good work being done by Govt. of India to support the student of Jammu and Kashmir State by training them and then providing them opportunities in their career and help them achieve a better place in society for their growth.
Project Udaan is a residential program that includes training of students for 6 months in a number of skill Sectors and then assistance for placements of all the trainees.
EPi has worked with corporate companies like the MBD Group and Frontline Security Solutions in Project Udaan as a logistic and learning partner.

9. RPL Scheme – PMKVY - NSDC INDIA - EPi
Recognition of Prior Learning is a Scheme under PMKVY that aims to Recognize and Certify the Individuals who have Prior Learning Experience or Skills in an Organization.
RPL aims to align the ability of the unregulated workforce of the country to the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF).
Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs), such as Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) or any other agencies designated by MSDE/NSDC, shall be deployed to implement RPL projects in the RPL Project at Employers' Premises.
To bridge the knowledge gaps, PIAs may offer Bridge Courses to RPL candidates.
EP Infoways has started the implementation of RPL Scheme on ground to certify more than 100,000 Employees and Recognise them by collaborating up various organizations like Spencer's Retail, RWA, Welfare Societies, and etc.

10. Short Term Training– PMKVY - NSDC INDIA - EPi
The Short Term Training imparted at PMKVY Training Centres (TCs) is expected to benefit candidates of Indian nationality who are either school/college dropouts or unemployed.
Apart from providing training according to the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF), TCs shall also impart training in Soft Skills, Entrepreneurship, Financial and Digital Literacy.
Duration of the training varies per job role, ranging between 150 and 300 hours. Upon successful completion of their assessment, candidates shall be provided placement assistance by Training Partners (TPs).
Under PMKVY, the entire training and assessment fees are paid by the Government. Payouts shall be provided to the TPs in alignment with the Common Norms.
Trainings imparted under the Short Term Training Component of the Scheme shall be NSQF Level 5 and below.
EP Infoways as a Training Partner has started associating various Training Centres with it on ground to train and certify more Students and Employees.

11. Associated Organizations
EPi has mobilized more than 400 Students for Project Udaan being implemented by the MBD Group. EPi has also been MBD’s Logistic Partner in the Same Project.

EPi has mobilized more than 149 Students for Project Udaan being implemented by the Frontline Security Solutions. EPi has also been Frontline’s Logistic & Learning Partner in the Same Project.

13. Associated Govt. Body
EPi has been associated with NSDC as a Training Partner to implement Short Term Training and RPL Scheme under PMKVY.

14. Associated Sector Skill Council (SSC)
EPi has been associated with RASCI as a Training Partner to Train the Students in various Govt. Projects.
