3 Triumph Awards Overview
All suppliers are eligible Any AbbVie employee can nominate a supplier Awards highlight top performers and their contribution to AbbVie’s strategic vision Supplier does not have to operate, or do work globally, with AbbVie to qualify for these awards Nomination period August 22 – November 30 Awards distributed Q2 of the following year No minimum spend required

Supplier of the Year Diverse Supplier of the Year Socially Responsible Supplier of the Year Innovation Award Awards by Supplier Type Direct Suppliers Indirect/IT Suppliers Third-Party Manufacturers Direct Supplier of the Year Indirect/IT Supplier of the Year TPM of the Year Supplier Award: Direct Supplier Award: Direct Supplier Award: Indirect/IT Supplier Award: Indirect/IT Supplier Award: TPM Supplier Award: TPM

5 Triumph Awards by Supplier Type
Awards highlight top performers among like suppliers Suppliers are only eligible for awards that relate to the type of supplier they are for AbbVie If the supplier is both a direct and indirect supplier, they are eligible for both sets of awards

6 To Receive a Triumph Award, a Supplier Must:
Be nominated by an AbbVie employee during the nomination period (August 22 – November 30) Have positive feedback from other internal business partners (Required) Meet minimal eligibility criteria* Have the highest overall score of nominated suppliers for the recommended award *(1) A current contract with AbbVie for at least one year prior to eligibility year *(2) Participate in AbbVie’s Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program if invited *(3) Consistently meet/exceed all SLAs, quality levels and deliverables *(4) Have no significant performance issues in the past 12 months.

7 Triumph Awards and Criteria
SUPPLIER OF THE YEAR Actively contributes to and executes against AbbVie strategic priorities and initiatives, which may include: Actively supporting the development of diverse suppliers Demonstrating Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability with documented claims Criteria also applies to Direct, Indirect & TPM Supplier of the Year DIVERSE SUPPLIER OF THE YEAR Is classified as a small and/or diverse-owned business, per AbbVie’s Supplier Diversity Program Holds a third-party certification SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE SUPPLIER OF THE YEAR Actively participates in AbbVie’s Supplier Social Responsibility Program without unsatisfactory Social Responsibility audit results Demonstrates Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability with documented claims Actively advances business objectives / implements policies that make a productive contribution to society Ensures the provision of safe working conditions, respectful treatment of independent contractors and environmentally responsible manufacturing processes INNOVATION AWARD Implemented an innovative and sustainable solution that generated a competitive advantage for AbbVie Regularly contributes innovative ideas that are aligned with the overall AbbVie business strategy and strategic initiatives Additional Criteria for ALL Awards: Aligned with the overall AbbVie business strategy Consistently exceeds AbbVie expectations, delivering “best-in-class” performance Drives considerable, measurable, value for AbbVie and the patients we serve Demonstrates a strong commitment to collaborative relationships with AbbVie
