NEW HRS4R takes into account also: Open, transparent and merit-based recruitment (OTM-R) Definition of OTM-R: Job positions are advertised.. On relevant national web sites and European platforms (EURAXESS), also in English. The advertisements must highlight selection criteria. Deadlines are reasonable. Employers.. Setup panels, selection committees, which are formed based on clear rules. The list of members is public. Members are trained for working in the panels and committees. Are responsible for transparency of the process Implement appeal mechanisms Inform all applications in detail, about the outcome Package consists of: Principles, self-assessment tool for institutions, toolkit (step-by-step guide for improvement, good practices) University of Belgrade November, 2016

STATUS REPORT: WP1. Preparation for HR management reform
T1.1 Mapping research potential at WBC univ UNIS designs the questionnaire, WBC univ MUST submit the filled questionnaires to UNIS DONE, All universities submitted filled questionnaires. T1.2 Mapping HR management strategies at EU univ Meetings with each of EU univ to discuss on HR strategies DONE, Torino, Liege and Coventry have organized meetings. Good practices overview – guidelines for C&C implementation, DONE. T1.3 Comparative (gap) analysis Developed by UNIS and sent to WBC univ DONE for all but Belgrade and Montenegro T1.4 Developing action plans for bridging the gaps Based on gap analysis, each WBC univ must develop action plan, present it to a rectorate and ADOPT it DONE by all but Belgrade, Montenegro and Tirana T1.5 Purchasing ICT equipment and plagiarism software for HR centers and offices by each of WBSC univ University of Belgrade November, 2016
