3 What is LTE ? LTE is the next generation broadband technologies
It provides a data rate 100 Mbps. It’s the next level of UMTS 3G Technology It’s IP-based

4 Advantages Provides low latency.
Supports at least 200 active data clients in every 5 MHz cell. Increased data transfer speed. Most simplified architecure Support for both FDD and TDD communication systems Improvements over 3G network.

5

6 STANDARDS OF LTE 4G TECHNOLOGY
TDD-LTE(time division duplex) FDD-LTE(frequency division duplex)

7 Differentiating TDD & FDD
TD-LTE does not require a paired spectrum since transmission and reception occurs in the same channel. In FD-LTE, it requires a paired spectrum with different frequencies with a guard band. TD-LTE is cheaper than FD-LTE since in TD-LTE there is no need for a diplexer to isolate transmission and receptions. In TD-LTE, it’s possible to change the uplink and downlink capacity ratio dynamically according to the needs. In FD-LTE, capacity is determined by frequency allocation by regulatory authorities, making it difficult to make a dynamic change.

10 4G and LTE!! LTE stands for Long Term Evolution, and isn’t as much a technology as it is the path followed to achieve 4G speeds. As it stands, most of the time when your phone displays the “4G” symbol in the upper right corner, it doesn’t really mean it. When the ITU-R set the minimum speeds for 4G, they were a bit unreachable, despite the amount of money tech manufacturers put into achieving them. In response, the regulating body decided that LTE, the name given to the technology used in pursuit of those standards, could be labeled as 4G if it provided a substantial improvement over the 3G technology.

11 What’s next?

12 5G!! 5G is a term used to describe the forthcoming fifth generation of mobile network technology. Right now, it doesn't signify any particular type of technology. While 4G has LTE, there's been no publicly agreed upon standard for 5G networks. However couple of techonoligies are emerging. The main quality of 5G networks compared to 4G will be speed.

13 Thank You!! I’d like to answer to your questions!!
