AAR of 6 ISSUE THREE: 2015 AOD Data Collection DISCUSSION RECOMMENDATIONS Two-week data collection timeline – first two weeks of November Include APA-type informed consent Include a social desirability response measure STRENGTHS WEAKNESSES OPPORTUNITIES THREATS Good response rate Introduction of artifact – possible questionable generalization Ensure data collection occurs with no holiday interruption Data collection occurs pre/post holiday again Good sample size Self-report – questionable due to fear of anonymity breach Ensure all cadets experience the same testing experience (relative) Low response rate Self-Report – social desirability bias Informed consent Fear of breached anonymity Answering in socially desirable ways Campus Alcohol and Drug Information Center C A D I C
