Context
The Municipality is the beneficiary of EU funding, and therefore we manage large scale projects that affect thousands of people and transform large parts of the city.
Involving citizens is now part of the process that is expected from us in the funding contract.
However, citizen engagement in different projects was delivered using different methods

Sustainable Urban Mobility Planning has a guide, provided by the Ministry of Development
Therefore it is a formalized procedure with the following actors groups:

Inhabitant mobility online surveying
Primarily focuses on the present transportation situation and the problems to be solved. The questionnaire was on the homepage of the city, 904 filled in.
Workplace mobility - questionnaire
Habits and problem survey. Online questionnaire was filled in by 25 companies.
Workplace mobility - interviews
10 employers (5 companies)
