Diet The most important aspect of a healthy diet is BALANCE
When living at College it is hard to eat healthy because your parents are no longer cooking for you The easiest way to see how you should balance your food is by looking at My Plate

Grains TRY AND EAT WHOLE GRAINS Bread (preferably Whole Wheat)
