Report Screen Usability Event List Automatic treatment records at regular intervals (default 30 min) Manual snapshot New Reading button Present Time button (available in all 5 Main screens) Report Screen Usability Operator’s Manual, section In the Report screen Event list, treatment data are automatically recorded and displayed along the treatment (Start treatment to Disconnect Patient) The time interval for automatic recording is settable minutes (default 30 minutes) Also specific operations during treatment are automatically recorded and displayed in the Event list (UF off, UF on, Pause treatment, Stop Treatment, etc.) Treatment data is recorded every time the New Reading or Present Time button is pressed When doing so, a Snapshot button appears in the Event list Pressing the Snapshot button opens the Modify Snapshot Event screen (see next slide) Data collected during a treatment is available until a new prescription is selected and confirmed on the network OR the Connect Patient button is pressed and confirmed All treatment-related parameters recorded (automatically or manually) and displayed in the Event list are also available for network acquisition through the Exalis System. Highlight Press the Snapshot button to access the Modify Snapshot Event screen See next slide Press the New Reading button to access Modify Snapshot Event screen

Snapshot and Event reporting Snapshot and Event Reporting Operator’s Manual, section and Pressing the Event list Snapshot button OR the Report screen Event button, opens the Modify Snapshot Event screen In the Modify Snapshot Event screen, the Operator can enter incidents and actions occurred and medications administered during the treatment be selecting and Confirming the appropriate choice from the three select pads available When Confirming a choice, the Event list is updated accordingly This screen also offers the possibility to change the time interval for automatic recordings minutes (default 30 minutes) Highlight Press the Auto-chart time button to change the records time interval Needs to be emphasized as this button is kind of “hidden” (not on the most logical screen) Press the Auto-chart time button to change the records time interval

Artis Service mode - Blackbox In the Blackbox, Artis stores the latest 1 to max 24 sessions According to the principle “first in- first out” Example of information stored: Treatment data Alarms Operator’s action Machine processes and phases Actuators information status Limiting factors: Blackbox 24 Mb memory size Sampling time, 10 sec > 0.7Mb/session Artis Service Mode - Blackbox Operator’s Manual, section and Service Man chapter 1.2, 1.3 and 10 Blackbox downloading of session data is highly valuable facilitating the investigation of problems that may have occurred during treatment Data is logged every 10 second according to the Blackbox recorder configuration - from Function check start to Disinfection end When the maximum BlackBox memory size is reached, the system overwrites data starting from the oldest ones The log list is set by the service technician

14 Blackbox files The Blackbox files can be downloaded to an USB key via the Report screen, requiring Service Level 2 access code During preparation until Auto-Prime is booked or when no process is running The downloaded Blackbox files should be named accordingly: BBoxnn_ddmmyy_hhmm.dat BBoxnn = nn progressive ID of session (recycled from1 to 24) ddmmyy = date, month and year hhmm = time of session start (hours and minutes) Blackbox files can only be read with Mediartis Tech sw application Blackbox Files Service Manual, section 1.3
