2. Select Create a Workspace.
3. Type a Workspace title then choose a template.
4. Select Create.
5. You are now ready to create, collaborate, and share!

10. Add Text
Your Turn
1. Click the area to which you want to add text and start typing. The Text Editor will open.
2. Type content into the Text Editor until done.
3. Click and drag over the text to highlight it and choose the properties from the toolbar to modify text.
4. Select the checkmark to close the Text Editor and add the text to the workspace.
5. You can now move, resize, rotate and open its drop-down menu.

2. Click Select Image to insert an image saved to the device or computer.
3. Find the image you want to use then select it.
4. Click Open and it will appear on the workspace.

1. Click the Add Web Content tab then choose Search.
2. Type a search term into the text field then select the Search icon.
3. Scroll to browse videos.
4. You can preview a video by selecting the Play icon.
5. Stop the preview by selecting the video thumbnail.
6. Once you have found the video you would like to add to the workspace, click Add.

14. Share a Workspace
Your Turn
1. Since the workspace is open, select the Sharing tab then choose Share.
2. Choose how you would like to share the file. Choose SMART amp Class.
3. Click Next and choose to share with everyone in the class or with individual participants.
4. Select the checkbox next to Automatically pull students into the workspace if you are ready for your students to immediately view the workspace.
5. Select OK to complete the sharing process.
