5. HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1: BOOK
Book any of our unisex services, whether you are in need of a quick touch up or a relaxing spa hour at home or in the office.
STEP 2: CONFIRM
Once you hit book, you’re done! We’ll send you a confirmation or SMS asking you to confirm your appointment.
STEP 3: ENJOY!
As soon as you know it, we’ll be on our way to you! All we ask is you do a little bit of preparation. Payment finalizes when it’s over.
Preparation? All we need is a flat surface, sufficient lighting, access to water and drain, and a power outlet.

An industry “go-to” for gel manicures. Adorned by the West Village and Upper East Side’s most elite.
VOESH Spa Products
Innovative one-time-use soaks, scrubs, lotions, callus removal and keratin treatments. Comes in several amazing scents!
Other Products? We also use quick dry drops, protein nail strengtheners and nail dehydrators.

13. FAQ
Is there a minimum requirement for services? 3 hours is a minimum each visit. Are walk-ins welcome? Yes. As long as they aren’t overbooking an existing appointment. Is there a contractual obligation? There is a 30-day trial / billing period. Clients can cancel at any time. Is there a cancellation penalty? Employees who cancel between minutes will be charged half of the appointment amount. Those who cancel 20 minutes before their appointment start time or do not show up will be charged the full appointment amount. How do you alert people of their appointments? We send notifications alerting employees 3-4 days an advance. Once employees are in our system, automated messages will be sent notifying them of their upcoming appointment.
