Dear Sirs, Re: Buying the Exhibits at the Close of the Exhibition We have been informed by your Commercial Counselor that you offer to sell all of your exhibits at the close of your Industrial Exhibition in our country instead of transporting them back to your States. We are now very pleased to advise you that we are interested in your offer and are intending to buy some of your exhibits for our end-users, for example: Medical Instruments Type XXX and Medical Apparatus Type XXX. We consider your products are all of the three “high”s, that is: “high” quality, “high” precision and “high” technology. In addition, the prices of the exhibits will certainly be much lower than the new ones imported from your country, which is the focal point for a country lacking in foreign exchanges. We suggest that the Handing and Taking Over Protocol be drafted by you and be signed by the representatives of our two sides at the exhibition site within 7 days after the close of the exhibition. In addition, we propose that the date of signing be regarded as the date of delivery and your FOB prices be considered as ex exhibition site prices, which will be further negotiated. Payment will be made against your presentation of one copy of the Handing and Taking over Protocol, 4 copies of Invoice and two copies of Packing List through your Bank to the Shanghai Branch of the Bank of China. With best regards. Sincerely yours,
