V11-B1 / V11-B2 A472005

2 Hole dimensions are about 0,15-0,2 mm bigger
Hole dimensions are about 0,15-0,2 mm bigger. This is measured with a digital vernier caliper and may not be totally accurate but tests with magnets confirm that the holes are too wide. You can use 2D projection to get an accurate result. But getting a measurement from the parts is not a the point, you don’t even have a tolerance for the parts. so, l propose you send me counter pieces for us to assembly, we make sure they are assembled ok and functional.

3 High sinking marks This is not sink mark.
“sink” is something like a dent , not an extrusion like this . This is gate mark, we can trim it off flush manually

4 Surface has a sharp edge on the top that can be felt with hand and the surface is slope upwards - this makes mounting the two parts by hand nearly impossible. We have this made on mold, but this feature is too tiny to identify. Let’s see what it will be like with new resin

5 A lot of leftovers, as seen in the pictures
Will fit mold again and change resin to test

6 New resin we brought

7 Diameter smaller about 0,3mm measured with digital vernier caliper.
Please specify the tolerance. No one can make it exactly 11.5 mm

8 No magnet locking feature that is marked in this picture.
We made this on mold, it is too small feature. Let’s see what will it be look like from the new resin

9 Summary With this condition of the details V11-B1/ V11-B2 we can not use them. Mounting the parts is difficult as they are supposed to be clipped together. Also the hole of the magnet needs to be even throughout for both parts to fulfill its purpose. We would like them more accurate and without leftovers and sinking marks. Is there anything from our side that we can improve or what kind of solutions do you propose for these problems ? I test them and found clip/undercut fit well, please let me know how it was used and how to judge it, if possible, please send me the assembly parts, we can test it our self. By more accurate, please be more specific. We can not go 0:0 tolerance. And a common sense: POM or PP part are not supposed to be a precision part, because they have a way high shrinkage rate than other plastic resin.
