1. CIVIL AUTHORITY

2. Introduction

3. I. WE ARE TO OBEY CIVIL LAW (Romans 13:1,2)
“By me kings reign and rulers make laws that are just;
16. by me princes govern, and all the nobles who rule on earth.”

“I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for every one
