1 STEP 1: ASSEMBLE ANGLE PLATES
Assemble frame by inserting angle plates into the base plate 1.1 Prep all mating surfaces to ensure no dirt causes interference 1.2 Press fit dowel pin into angle plate [1] 1.3 Using the dowel pin as a locator, place the angle plate into the base plate [2] 1.4 Repeat for additional angle plates, ensuring they are arranged as shown below [3] 1.5 Using M16 bolts, bolt all four angle plates into location (Torque to be determined) 3 1 2

2 STEP 2: INSTALL BEARING HOUSINGS
Install bearing housing to specified angle plates 2.1 Prep all mating surfaces to ensure no dirt causes interference 2.2 Press fit dowel pins into bearing housing [1] 2.3 Using the dowel pins, press the bearing housing into the angle plate [2] 2.4 Repeat for additional bearing housings, ensuring the outboard [3] and inboard [4] are on the proper side* 2.5 Using M12 bolts, bolt all four bearing housings into location (Torque to be determined) 4 1 3 2 *The inboard bearing housing is the one that has the locating lip and the hole through the center. This hole allows the motor shaft to pass through the housing and MUST be placed on the angle plate with a matching hole. These holes should be concentric when assembly is completed.

3 STEP 3: ATTACH THE MOTORS
Attach the motors to the inboard angle plates 3.1 Press fit shaft adapter into motor shaft [1]. Place shear pin through holes [2] to secure 3.2 Insert motor shaft into motor opening as shown below [3] 3.3 Tighten set screw to designated torque as set by motor manufacturer 3.4 Using ½” bolts, place motor into inboard angle plate. Tighten to designated torque 3.5 Repeat steps 3.1 – 3.4 for second motor 2 1 3

4 STEP 4: INSTALL DEBRIS CATCH
Install debris catch to frame 4.1 Ensure the part is in the right direction. The side with the large gap [1] must be placed near the motors on the inboard side of the system. 4.2 Install the debris catch into the system [2] 4.3 Using M12 bolts, secure the debris catch into place (Torque to be determined) 1 2

5 STEP 5: ASSEMBLE GUIDE ROLLERS
Assemble the guide rollers by pressing end caps and bearings into place 5.1 Place one end cap on the rod in accordance with the drawing specifications [1] 5.2 Insert rod with end cap as far into the roller as possible 5.3 Press second end cap onto other end of the rod, ensuring proper location using the drawing specifications [2] 5.4 Weld end caps and rod permanently into place 5.5 Press fit bearing (with attached seal) onto rod [3] 3 1 2

6 STEP 6: INSTALL GUIDE ROLLERS
Install guide rollers to the system video available on EDGE 6.1 Remove the top of the shaft adapter by unscrewing the four set screws 6.2 Bring in the guide roller and lower it into the bearing housing. Ensure the inboard bearing is fully secured in the lip [1] 6.3 Re-install the top of the shaft adapter. Secure with four set screws [2] 6.4 Install the top of the bearing housing on both the inboard and outboard sides. Secure with two M12 bolts per housing top [3] 6.5 Repeat steps for second guide roller 2 1 3

7 STEP 7: INSTALL SHEILDING*
Install catch basket and polycarbonate sheeting 7.1 Secure polycarbonate paneling to proper location as shown below. Secure by tightening down six ¼” bolts [1] 7.2 Insert the basket by sliding it along the rails of the debris catch [2] 7.3 Slide the bearing housing covers [3] behind the bearing housing until contact is made and they are firmly in place 1 3 2 *This step may change with future design modifications

8 STEP 8: ASSEMBLE BASKET DOOR*
Assemble basket access door 8.1 Attach magnets to polycarbonate door as shown. Use additional adhesive if necessary [1] 8.2 Torque handle into place until fully secure [2] 8.3 Place door in front of basket 2 1 *This step may change with future design modifications
