For every paid application turned in, the Pack will receive an equal quantity of “I’m In!” patches for recognition of new boys joining. 48 hours after the JSN—Follow up with all youth and parents that did not join at the JSN. Welcome registered youth to the pack and remind them of their 1st meeting. 1-week after the JSN—New leader orientation meeting for all new leaders to ensure they have signed up for the next training opportunity and that the first meeting is planned. During First Pack Meeting—Introduce all new youth members along with parents. Each new Scout will recite the Scout Oath and Law, while parents recite the Parent Pledge.
