Deliver 6 CPD days across year in 3 areas (Gateshead, Sunderland/South Tyneside, Newcastle/North Tyneside). Number of competitions supported; Number of entrants in competitions; Feedback from SGOs, NGBs, Forum members. Delivery of CPD days; Attendance at days; Feedback from particpants/SGOs. 1 meeting per term; 1 meeting per term (18/09/14). 2 CPD days per term per area (1 staff, 1 young leader training).

Implement new disability profiling system in local schools 6 competitions (3 primary, 3 secondary) to be delivered across school year. Set up and delivery of disability sports club in Sunderland (Sunderland Kestrels); Numbers attending. Number of schools engaged; Feedback from schools/ participants. Number of competitions delivered; Number of schools/pupils entered; Feedback from schools/pupils. Term 1 – meeting with potential club lead, development plan in place; Term 2 – club activity taking place. Term 1 – trialled in two local primary schools; Term 2 – rolled out across region. Term 1 – 1 primary, 1 secondary Term 2 – 1 primary, 1 secondary Term 3 – 1 primary, 1 secondary

Number of CPD days delivered; Number of attendees; Feedback from attendees/SSP. Number of competitions/ events accessed by schools; Feedback from schools/participants. Progress of pupils within subjects; Feedback from teachers/SLT. Club delivery 5 nights per week, including establishment of new provision where appropriate; Number of new sponsors; Amount of money raised; Feedback from parent group. Number of attendees at club activities; Number of new clubs/ opportunities developed; Feedback from club members; Term 1 – sponsorship package to be developed, parent link group to be established Club delivery – ongoing; Term 2/3 – New gymnastics club set up
