1.    Foster leadership development, financial vitality and cultural awareness for the membership by implementing NSBEpreneur: Business Plan Competition and Elevator Pitch Competitions at FZC and FRC.
a.    NSBEpreneur: Business Plan Competition- There will be competition scrimmage at NJ, Metro-LI, Upstate and NEZ Zone Conference; at least 2 business groups will face off for practice and get feedback from judges to prepare them for main competition at FRC.
b.    NSBEpreneur: Elevator Pitch Mixer- Will occur at FRC, competitors will be in a room of undercover judges and non-judges alike and you will have to pitch your business idea to whomever you speak to not knowing who the judges are.

Engage and sustain the interest of pre-college students in STEM
Coordinate all PCI activities of the chapters in respective zones
Collaborate with treasurer to effectively budget for programs
Provide academic, technical, and leadership development in preparation for college and careers
