12. What is the Meeting Migration Service?
Online service to automatically update meetings
Runs in the following migration scenarios:
On-premises to Online
Regionally Hosted Meetings user migration
Anything to Cloud PSTN Conferencing (i.e. Audio Conferencing Provider to Cloud PSTN Conferencing)
Processing typically starts 10 minutes post operation and is expected to complete within 60 minutes
Requirements
Exchange mailbox must be hosted in Office 365
Skype for Business hosted in Office 365
Skype for Business Server 2015 and Lync Server 2013 supported topologies for On-premises to Online migrations

13. Limitations There is no way to force MMS to run
The service must have previously been enabled prior to any admin changes
MMS is not triggered by the following events:
Audio Conferencing Provider (ACP) configuration changes
On-premises changes other than migrating to Office 365
SIP address change
Meeting update content
Meetings must be scheduled using the Skype for Business meeting add-in
Text between the meeting invitation blocks will be lost
Attachments to not get re-sent with meeting updates
All scenarios not covered by MMS will require the end user running the Meeting Migration Tool locally

Could potentially receive a large amounts of meeting updates when large number of users are migrated
