JW Family Extravaganza Families and kids wander by, we do short project with them, like Jumping Jack, maybe Cartesian Divers. Engineering Showcase 4/26/16 – setup: 7:15 – 9am, teardown: 3:30-5pm
Where: Archie Griffin grand Ballroom at the Union, showcase from 12-3:30 pm What: The volunteers will be setting up poster grids and moving them and tables around the ballroom. The volunteers will receive a brief training at the start of the shift on how to assemble or tear down the grids, depending on the shift they are assigned to. May be snacks for volunteers 40 volunteer spots for setup and 20 spots for teardown Contact: Emily Guthrie Bob Rhoads

Nominations for Exec Board for Next Year
Looking for nominations for next year’s exec board. Will need to prepare a brief speech 3 – 5 minutes to present at next meeting (4/12) Each org only gets one vote – will do paper ballots Please see me after meeting or me with the name of nomination

Fund Requesting Due to miscommunication about volunteer hour max, we are doing a one time increase in the number of volunteer hours orgs can request ( from 40 – 50) This will be offered for this semester (Sp 2016) and next semester (Fall 2016) Please review Fund Requesting information on our website(ec.osu.edu) Please Yaadata your fund request presentation by 4/17 – template on website Will be doing rubric for voting like we did last semester Cut off date for Hours for this semester is April 27th any hours received after this date will be counted towards Fall Can request prospective hours, please let us know you are doing this, and what events you plan to do and how many hours you would be getting from those events
