TeleHear is a program where we have a team of providers and audiologist who consult online with an remote office to review treatment recommendations and follow up care. What is Telemedicine? Remote clinical care provided through telecommunications Any of you ever had an X-Ray?.....radiologist somewhere else. Any of you ever talked to your doctor over the phone? 30 We need to position ourselves for the future
Embrace change. Own this as a profession. Don’t be scared or threatened. Ex. BPPV, we never owned it and now ENT’s, technicians, physical therapist, chiropractors, etc are doing it. We never embraced this as a profession and we lost ownership. OTC devices could have owned the market Need to embrace the technology and position ourselves to be the experts in the future of ear healthcare.
