WHY A LABEL ? A label for recognition Difficulties to motivate and mobilise enough companies to be involved in hosting and sending, improve support and quality of placements, foster the benefits of transnational mobility in training Our objectives : Raise interest among companies and sector organisations, Valorise the role and commitment of companies, Award them with a label, seen as a mark of recognition, enhancing the visibility of their engagements

Inform companies about the opportunity of learning mobility in Europe Support training centres and companies so that they can offer the best learning opportunities in an international context to their learners Award companies with an internationally recognized label that proves their fair engagement in offering high quality in-company training opportunities to learners Develop a CoP about high quality in-company Learning Mobility

ACTORS INVOLVED ISSUING BODY : The Euro Apprenticeship (EAS) network Issue the label, coordinate and support the Community of Practices of Awarding bodies, APCMA and partners manage the website where members can get access to the EQAMOB&CO label and various communication and marketing tools AWARDING BODY : You! Support companies either in sending/hosting, monitor the learning mobility. As a member of EAS network: award the label. COMPANIES : Our “target” Engaged/not yet engaged in high quality outgoing/incoming learning mobility

YOUR ROLE As an awarding body, member of EAS network Evaluate companies that apply for the EQAMOB&Co label Award the label and the certificate in accordance with the rules and checklists provided by the issuing body Supports companies and monitors the learning mobility, Provide suitable advice and communication tools to companies Spread the word to European, national, regional, local partners

Recommandations about marketing actions
For the awarding body Organise different type of events / campaigns regarding the targets and the objectives: see Awareness rising / Information / ambassador campaigns Support the awarded company to use the communication materials To advertise about the label, through its own channels, the company has at its disposal some materials such as social banners, digital version of sticker Promote yourself as an awarding body – promote the company Take a picture with the awarded company Make a short video with a smartphone (max 1min) following the script provided by the toolkit. E.g. Ask one or more learners “why did you an internship abroad and why in this company” or “what was the added value of an in-company training experience”? You can share the video with the Issuing Body (providing the script of the interview) to be shared with other awarding bodies Organise awarding events / press conferences / press releases For a group of awarded or a single company Aim to promote locally the company as excellent sending of hosting company All articles published by local newspaper should be sent to the Issuing Body via social networks Share news from and with the Issuing Body as news about awarded companies in other parts of the network, share on social network, newsletter or any other channel

OBJECTIVES Increase number of potential new companies interested in Learning Mobility / Sending - Hosting TARGETS Companies not yet involved in mobility Potential new hosting and/or sending companies KEY MESSAGES FOR THE COMPANIES It is easy to participate There is support available and it is easy to gain access It brings added value for the training and motivation of the apprentices, motivates the team, enhances the image of apprenticeship and the profession, enhances the image of the company, makes the company more visible to clients, future apprentices & employees … ORGANISATIONAL ELEMENTS The aim is to draw attention/raise awareness about the existing possibilities & benefits of European learning mobility. In order to catch attention, you should also be able to inform about the local support available and how to get access to it (key contacts close to the company, practical information). The added value of a quality assurance approach (label) for boosting the benefits can be discussed and highlighted. Examples of good practices from other companies and peer to peer testimonies are recommanded WHEN During the recruitment period of apprentices, when informing companies about apprenticeship contracts, before the signature of the apprenticeship contract Well before the implementation of a mobility project (3-6 month) After a mobility project when promoting the outcomes HOW During an information meeting with companies about the apprenticeship contract During information days about apprenticeship / training fairs Exposition in the training center with testimonies about mobility projects realized Invitation of local companies to specific promotional event (EUROPASS awarding, Training awards, Debriefing of mobility events) – Peer to peer testimonies In training sessions for trainers, tutors, & webinars Hand outs & information during visits of professional teachers in the company Testimonies on the website of the awarding body WHO IS IN CHARGE Intermediate organisations as Training centres, regional, local craft chambers, stakeholders with expertise about mobility implementation Professional teachers of the training centre Companies itself and their trainers, tutors in the company (peer to peer approach) Representatives of professional organisations COMMUNICATION MATERIALS EQAMOB&CO Video & your testimonies (& EAS video channel), ERASMUS+ and other online brochures about benefits of mobility, Flyer for companies, No More Post Cards, Description of your specific project and partnership + contact

OBJECTIVES Develop the number of companies interested in the label / entering the awarding process / awarded TARGETS Hosting and/or sending companies about to be involved or already involved in mobility KEY MESSAGES FOR THE COMPANIES The quality approach is useful because it create mutual trust between all partners involved and foster the benefits / outcomes for the learner and for the company There is individual support available and the quality assurance takes into account the specific situation and need of my company The label is promoted at local, regional, national, European level ORGANISATIONNAL ELEMENTS The aim is to focus on the importance of a quality approach for “In –company Learning Mobility” in order to be able take fully benefit of learning mobility as a pedagogical situation / tool to acquire new competencies. Inform about the label and the quality conditions. Inform about the partners involved and the EuroApprenticeship network. OBJECTIVES Increase the use of the EQAMOB&CO label and sustain and develop the Community of practice TARGETS Awarded Hosting and / or Sending Companies EuroApprenticeship members, European partners, other European networks KEY MESSAGES Become an ambassador of high quality “In-company Learning Mobility”, the EQAMOB&CO label and the Euro Apprenticeship network It is easy to gain access, you do not need to be perfect from the start, step by step progress is possible Invest time in the quality approach brings added value (mutual trust partnership, greater satisfaction of learners and companies, recognition, can be promoted for funding and ERASMUS application, notoriety … Access and contribute to a network / community of practice and exchange of experience and tools among peers ORGANISATIONNAL ELEMENTS The aim is to inform about the benefits and added value of the EQAMOB&Co label for the awarding bodies and the awarded companies: Improve visibility and good image, social responsibility.
