1. Know what you should know
Education is the process where we are exposed to environments that enables us to bring out ideas, creation and things from within us. Education is the thing that will take us to the future that we don’t have an idea of.

2. Know what you do not know
The fact that the university education is not effective in equipping students with entrepreneurial skills relevant to the discipline of study means that young graduates also carry the entrepreneurial learning gap from the university into the professional practice. The door opens from one side only. Don't waste time on what doesn't matter. You have limited time and must utilize it well.

3. Find words and signs for what you know
Seek and ye shall find. You have to be able to structure your needs in the language the world knows. I know what I’m saying I know what I mean

4. Be able to write or record what you know
You have to create a perception of you so you need to write what you know clearly. Your writing makes one decide to meet with you.

5. Effective communication
When you get into the world you need to determine the outcome of what you say before you say them. Speak in space and time Acquire the skill of speed reading.

6. Balance sheet attitude to intrinsic resources
Manage resources using the balance sheet approach or balance sheet attitude to intrinsic resources - time, hobby, skills.

7. Positive outlook to life
If I could make one request of you sitting out here it would be to have an idea of one thing that you would like to know to the level that other people would consult you on it. Web resources – Facebook, WhatsApp, etc. are you just wasting time there or using it to further yourself. You need ideas and guts.

8. Stability in matters of faith and values
Believe in something. Have values. Everybody worships. The only choice we get is what to worship. And the compelling reason for maybe choosing some sort of god or spiritual-type thing to worship is that pretty much anything else you worship will eat you alive.

Convergencies… a. ability to identify & define your challenges - what's your situation and what's your needs or problems. b. ability to search for web solutions & globalization dividends

Looking for a job? Where, when, how? Looking for Schools? Where do you have cheap schools, scholarship etc?

C. Employer requirements
Is the system going to produce enough people to meet my needs? How much would it cost to mold interns to be productive? In the interview they are looking for potentials they can build on.

Tools & Methods - you need to spend time to define what you want. So define it in such a way that you can identify your problem. It's in your hands, in your cell phone and computers
