1 Cezary Kowalczyk Ph.D. UNIVERSITY OF WARMIA AND MAZURY in OLSZTYN
25-27 kwietnia 2012 Dynamics of Urban Space Cezary Kowalczyk Ph.D. UNIVERSITY OF WARMIA AND MAZURY in OLSZTYN FACULTY OF GEODESY AND LAND MANAGEMENT The faculty of geodesy and land management prepares students to work in the following fields:  digital photogrammetry and Internet photogrammetry, close range photogrammetry, engineering geodesy, satellite geodesy, higher geodesy, geomatics and spatial information systems, land management, numerical cartography, cadastral survey and common appraisal, mathematics and mathematical statistics, spatial and archeological reconstruction, positioning and navigation systems, remote sensing and photointerpretation, theory of deterministic chaos in dynamic analyses, theory of environment and real estate evaluation.  Students of land management prepare to work in local governments in the fields of real estate management and turnover, special design, property counselling and expertise. Research on application of global satellite navigation systems, improving methods of acquiring, gathering and processing geodetic and satellite data and their use in special information systems  as well as optimizing methods of space management are only a few examples of scientific fields of interest of the faculty employees.

2 Political and social environment, Economic environment ,
Size in terms of territory, or in terms of demography does not reflect the development of the city to consider other factors in the development of socio-economic identified as significant in the annual reports prepared by Mercer Human Resource Consulting. The reports include an examination of the quality of life in cities, based on the 39 factors compiled in 10 categories: Political and social environment, Economic environment , Socio-cultural environment, Medical and health considerations, Schools and education, Public services and transportation, Recreation , Consumer goods, Housing, Natural environment. . 3 The object of analysis is the area of the city and surrounding communities. City as a body full of internal and external linkages is subject to constant changes occurring on the the macro and micro level. City responds appropriately to changing conditions at the time of the change of the internal structure and often acts in surrounding communities. Proposed method and then tested it using the dynamics in the five cities (Bielsko-Biała, Kielce, Olsztyn, Toruń and Rzeszów) in the years Proposed method and then tested it using the dynamics in the five cities (Bielsko-Biała, Kielce, Olsztyn, Toruń and Rzeszów) in the years
