What is IET? Integrated Education and Training (IET) is defined in WIOA Section 203(11) as: A service approach that provides adult education and literacy activities concurrently and contextually with workforce preparation activities and workforce training for a specific occupation or occupational cluster for the purpose of educational and career advancement.

The New Plan – Small Business Curriculum
Grayson College offers through their Business Management degree several options: Occupational Skills Awards Level 1 Certificates Use faculty credentialed in workforce training (i.e—business management)

Single site for instruction Could be a hybrid option with both classroom and online learning Would be recruiting students as a cohort Core faculty with some guest speakers
