Events Mean Business $565B+ Events are one of the largest single categories of annual enterprise spending – accounting for over $565B each year. Businesses know that nothing can replace live interaction when it comes to achieving sales, marketing, training & development, fundraising, or advocacy objectives. Eventuosity, LLC. An Event Manager’s Role
But the people responsible for the events that are strategically important to virtually every corporation, association, and non-profit organization in the world face some significant barriers to success. First, they have too much to do. Event planners must manage every aspect of a very complex and time-sensitive process – often on top of their formal organizational role as a marketing manager, sales administrator, or training coordinator. Organizing the Chaos And they’re attempting to do it with ad-hoc planning “systems” – if you want to call them that. Even the most experienced event planners use spreadsheets, and other disconnected, general business applications to manage their events. Eventuosity combines the tracking, control, and reporting functionality of these applications with real-time access, mobility, and collaboration tools, in a single platform that is 100% event-centric to consider all of the moving parts of event production that must be managed to ensure success. Cloud-based Event Management
We created Eventuosity to be the specialized event project management tool that has been missing for years. One that is specific to the area of event management but That is highly customizable to individual planners’ needs and preferences. Eventuosity, LLC. CONFIDENTIAL AND PROPRIETARY

Enterprise Integrations and Customization
By standardizing best practices and automating low-value work in a tool built for event planners, Eventuosity gives users workflow efficiency, cost control, business intelligence, and an ability to focus more on strategic activity instead of administrative tasks. But we understand that our customers’ IT stacks include other applications that play and important role in their business – often in some way related to events. We not only replace the inefficient and out-dated tools that event planners have been stuck with for years, we also fill the gaps in the events process that are left by other solutions in the event-tech/marketing-tech stack. Whether it’s an attendee-facing application for registration or on-site engagement, or an internally-focused platform like a CRM or even just , those applications are complementary to Eventuosity and we believe an ability to integrate with them is the best way to serve our customers’ needs.
