10. DART Tariff Proposal
EPNG and Mojave will each submit a tariff filing to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) to effectuate the conversion from the Passport System to the DART System.
Generally, the changes that will be proposed are modest and not service related.
Three categories of DART tariff changes

Requests submitted electronically or in writing
Customers may submit the necessary information in to DART to effectuate a request for service.
Transporter may act on behalf of customers and submit the necessary information in to DART.

Tariff filings are anticipated to be submitted to FERC in August/September 2016.

Separate implementation filings will be submitted 30 to 60 days prior to DART Go-Live date.
