In-Service Engineering Agent Project Manager Branch Manager Software Toolset development, one culminated in a Patent (8,156,050) Level III Acquisition Workforce Five (5) Commands, from Shipyard to NAVSEA Headquarters. 24 years in Field Activities, 16 years at NSWC Crane Customer Centric career - Warfighter / Sponsor support, Making sure they have everything they need to execute the Mission And….Come home safe and sound. Now …. connected to Crane via their Technology Transfer Office.  Retired ex-Crane employee Patent holder Business owner Crane Technology Licenses and CRADAs (Cooperative Research and Development Agreement) Pursuing the commercialization of Crane held technologies.

Innovation-Driven Enterprise Information as a Service (IaaS) Software as a Service (SaaS) Dept. of Defense Prime Contractor Focused on: licensing acquiring & commercializing Viable (and proven) DoD technologies, specifically predictive analytics software. 5D Analytics is establishing a Web-Based collaborative environment, integrating licensed modules, supporting business-entity goal management / planning solutions. Our licensed solution(s): identify and improve core business processes, are scalable capabilities, Include our e-NAG capability – Proactive notifications of pending milestones.

Simple Process to follow: - Contact Technology Transfer Office at Crane & check out - Look into what is available, …. not for what it is, …. but for what it can be. License the Technology from the Office of Naval Research, via Crane’s Technology Transfer Office using: License CRADA Commercialization Plan (with Pro Forma sheet(s)) Etc. Easy part - Working with the Crane Technology Transfer Office and TechLink to acquire the correct license for you. 8 Post-Licensing Now the hard part:
- Once you have the license…..what are you going to do with it….and how? Corporate Registrations Contractor to the Government Compliance requirements Contract Processes Relationships (Crane, other Agencies, Defense Industry Teaming) NOTHING happens overnight. Stick with it, learn and understand what the requirements are. Follow through. Then, when you think you’ve covered everything, something else will pop up. BE FLEXIBLE. Lastly, you don’t have to do this alone. There is plenty of willing help available to you.
