2. Project Management Information System
Project Management Information System has been developed by the Building Construction Department & Bihar State Building Construction Corporation Ltd. for Online Monitoring of different Building projects of the different Departments with the help of NIC
A link of PMIS has been provided on the website of the Building Construction Department.
Any Department can see the progress of their projects by using their user_id & password provided by the BCD/BSBCCL.
The physical & Financial progress of projects are updated regularly.
The Longitude & Latitude of the place with name of project can be visualised directly from PMIS.
After according of Administrative Approval from any department, BCD enters the scheme and name of work in PMIS directly from the HQ. In future this facility shall be given to Administrative Department.
After that concerned divisions are continusely entered the physical & financial progress and that can be reviewed regularly at the HQ.
PMIS is also enabled Mobile Based Android Application.

Latest Reports and status can be viewed.
Filtration of work on the basis of division, scheme, department etc. can be done which makes it user friendly.
Previously taken Images can be viewed in the Gallery window.
Previous inspection along with all the details of the work can be viewed.

33. Login Screen
The First Screen which will be visible after Installing the Application will be Login Screen . After entering Appropriate User ID and Password , which will be/has been provided to the respective departments, the user can Enter in the application.

34. Home Screen
After Log in Home Screen Appears and various dropdowns will be seen. User can make the selections in the dropdowns and may Proceed for Uploading Information and Photos etc.
Home Screen contains Four tabs namely Latest Report , Gallery, Proceed , MIS Report.
For Admin and Circle Admin :
A dropdown list will be seen with corresponding Division , Department and Scheme which acts as a Filtration of Work Detail , MIS Report and Gallery. Fig 1 (Left Side of the Screen)
For Department:
A dropdown list will be seen with corresponding Scheme related to that department which also act as a Filtration of Work Detail , MIS Report and Gallery.

35. Work List
Proceed : By Clicking on Proceed Button, All Work detail will be available in the list related to selected Division, Department ,Scheme as selected Before. By Clicking on a Particular Work a new page will be seen regarding work detail.

36. Work Detail
In Work Detail More Information Regarding particular Work can be seen . You will see three more buttons there : Previous Images, Previous Inspection and Proceed.

37. Fill Work Information
By clicking on Proceed Button a form appears . User has to fill all mandatory details and by clicking on Upload Photo a Multiphoto Screen appears.

38. Capture Images Page
Four numbered block can be seen in screen 1 ,by clicking on each block the camera option opens and user can click images (be sure that your GPS is enabled before clicking). After taking all the Images select OK button and then select Submit button.
After pressing the Submit button the Uploading Starts, if Your upload is successful then a Message is shown otherwise Pending Upload message appears.

39. Previous Inspection
By clicking on previous Inspection two tabs will be visible Circle Admin and Department . You can see Previous Inspection done by the department and circle admin as well by selecting From date to To date. By selecting dates in the From and To button date picker will appear. Select that date and press OK.

40. Previous Image
By clicking Previous Image Button you are able to see Last 4 Images uploaded during Inspection .You can zoom any image by clicking on It.

41. MIS Report
MIS Report will be seen after clicking on MIS Report on the Home Screen. You will be able to see more Information by clicking on any particular scheme from the list.

42. Latest Report
Latest Report will be seen by clicking Latest Report Button on the Home Screen. 20 Latest Reports which has been uploaded recently could be seen there.

43. Gallery
All Images Related to the corresponding Division, Department ,Scheme which has been uploaded earlier could be seen here , by clicking load more … more Images can be seen.

44. Pending Upload
By clicking Pending Upload on the Home Screen you can also upload details later on. By Long pressing on work a dialogue box appears which has 2 options Upload and Delete . You can also add more images by just clicking on the work .

45. Click Yes if you want to exit or No to Cancel.
Exit Application
By Clicking back button on the Home Screen an exit dialogue box appears .
Click Yes if you want to exit or No to Cancel.
