Not an Independent Entity such as Traffic, Operations, Accounts or Administration. Works in collaboration with Vertical Units Supports Functional Units( Independent Entities) to achieve efficiency and quality. CCTV Inside Bus Part of VTS/PIS Project
Used for monitoring of load factors at regular intervals( CCTV) Image is sent to central server every 15 minutes ( can be varied from 2 minutes to 1 hr) Images can be viewed for past operation (History Log) or operational bus

Panic Button Part of VTS/PIS Project
Implemented in 10 Luxury and 10 Express buses Once the panic button is pressed, the information is passed to the server and subsequently an SMS is sent to depot Chief Manager containing bus number, location of the bus and time. Application dashboard also shows the information.

Ticketing by Booking Agents
Not Possible to deploy Computer System everywhere Deployment of Booking agents who can issue tickets with the help of ETIMs A single agency to be selected which in turn will deploy agents

QR Code Ticketing ( Pilot Phase)
To encourage cashless travel QR Code deployed at the booking counter. Passenger can scan the code and pay via wallet. Message regarding payment would be received at Booking Clerk’s Mobile Number.

Onboard Entertainment through Wi-Fi hot Spot and LCD Screens
Entertainment services like movies, songs, E Books etc. to passenger via Hot Spot Devices in bus. No Additional charges on customer.

Bus Peripheral Surveillance System
Four cameras deployed on four sides of the bus. Offline DVR records the video and stores for 30 days Primarily to identify the driving nature . Helpful in case of undesirable incidents.
