Complex atypical hyperplasia of the endometrium. (A) This image shows two crowded and complex endometrial glands showing atypical architectural features consisting of intraglandular papillary projections as well as cytologic atypia. Note there is still intervening stroma between the glands. (B) This focus shows an architecturally atypical endometrial gland with an intraglandular cribriform pattern.
