Young India Livelihood Vocational Training Largest youth population in the world (Around 66 per cent Indians < 35 years) . 87 % drops outs- Do not join college/study beyond 12th standard About 65% job seekers are without any professional skill. Challenge for India More than 87% of our youths do not complete school What happens to these dropouts: Feel Neglected / frustrated / helpless / lack of confidence /Low morale Mostly daily wagers/No job safety Manual labour is the major occupation Bad habits (like Smoking, Alcohol Consumption) Get into antisocial activities like crime Family and Society looks down upon such youth

Create opportunities for school dropouts and deprived youth to help lead productive and socially useful lives MISSION To give a second chance to less educated deprived youth through wage or self employment based on urban and rural livelihoods training.

Mobile Livelihood Development Center
70% of the rural people depend on agriculture. Monsoon/single crop/ seasonality/poor yield. AIM- Create interest, awareness, aspiration and desire to acquire livelihoods. Run as per requirement of community in rural areas/slums Duration- 60 / 80 hours over around 30 working days with minimum of 20 students. Assistance in Placements/self employment/ RWF. RWF (Remote Work Force)- Livelihood opportunity at doorstep. Linkage with Small Scale industry/ Contractors. SHG Coordinator/ Leader selection & Training- Coordinate collection of order, raw material, payment and deliver finished products.
