Providing chapters with tools and practices for successful programming and retention
One-on-one interaction with every chapter for personalized help and advising
Visits to chapters in order to monitor progress and improvement (3-4 per semester)
Affording available opportunities to the entire membership
Have at least one NEZ member apply to each and every NSBE scholarship available.
Communicate with chapter leaders to ensure all members are applying for summer and full-time opportunities

13. Chapter Monthly Reports (CMRs)
Helps the ZEB further understand what challenges you face and how we can assist you
CMRs can be used to request for chapter visits from the ZEB
Used to determine Member of the Month/Chapter of the Month/Chapter of the Year
Due Date for CMRs: The 5th of every month (Example- September CMR is due October 5th; October CMR is due November 5th)

By opening registration this early, chapters can use this as a tool to recruit members
