3 Rollover Rollover Missy started Rollover process after the installation of (7/25/2016) Students marked as UG You should refrain from using GradeBook until Integration is turned on

4 Integration will be sent sometime next week about turning on integration for your district Important things to remember: You want to wait to as close to the first day of school as possible so that any schedule changes will reflect correctly in GradeBook All buildings schedules must be finalized in StudentInformation > Management > School Administration > DASL Options before integration can be turned on for your district

Daily Homeroom Attendance setting is no longer selected by default After integration is turned on for your district, we will set required homerooms for your district IMPORTANT – If your district uses 1st period or any other period besides homeroom to take attendance, please send a ticket to so that we set this up correctly

9 Deleting Students If you wish to delete students out of GradeBook, please remember the following: Until integration is turned on, all students are marked as UG in GradeBook You don’t want to delete any student that is in the current school year. Nightly integration will bring them back to GradeBook This option permanently deletes all data associated with students

10 Staff Since GradeBook uses login information from StudentInformation, all staff must have a StudentInformation account StudentInformation accounts will be automatically tied to a teacher record by a process that runs nightly

11 Deleting staff Staff Collection for EMIS closes August 12th
DO NOT delete any staff until after Staff Collection closes You can disable the staff account

12 Reporting periods POCs are responsible for editing reporting period dates Only enter dates for Quarter or Trimester reporting periods Exam, averages, and final reporting periods are considered virtual reporting periods and do not need dates. These boxes should be gray. Check GradeBook Range option only for reporting periods that define where assignments should fall such as quarters or trimesters

13 Enter Report Card entry dates
You must set up specific dates in which teachers can enter interim and report card grades for each building Things to remember: If you do not specify a time, the system uses 12:00AM as the beginning and ending time Publish date is used for ParentAccess Ignore “C” field
