• Master Recruitment techniques Evaluate all potential study candidates Coordinate the assessment & treatment of patients Educate staff and patients, evaluate learning styles Maintain expected enrollment rates Remember to evaluate learning styles and do teaching accordingly Copyright 1999, Trustees of Dartmouth College

• Be Detail Oriented - Especially at baseline, follow up visits, accuracy with records
• Implement established SPORT Procedures/Processes • Trial and evaluate all P/P- adapt for specifics at your site • Network - Internally/Externally • Understand the research process • Be a Team Player • Maintain Patient Confidence and Confidentiality • Communication - timely, clear, direct Records - include computer and hardcopies Trial - adapt specifics at your site Network - Important, for when you are not immediately available, crucial part of the overall success. Team Work - this is a group project, we all need each other for the overall success of the project.
