Areas of focus: Progress at the campus level Roadmap of work streams (color-coded to show if they are on track or not) Involvement Budget Roadblocks What other information --- or what aspects of the information --- do you need to steer the project from where you sit? And, what BUDGET information would be useful to you? “How much has UW spent so far?” “How much did UW plan to have spent so far?” “How much will the whole transition to BI cost UW?”
