Record receipt of all property at the warehouse or facilities
Produce customized reports supporting Principals/Administrators
Track transfers between facilities and disposals IAW SOP
Provide asset visibility to reduce costs (Reuse=$288,577 SY12-13)
Record use of high value items and special programs
Support federal/state audits for continued funding
Facilitate annual reporting on district property
