A new resource for maintaining quality rental housing
You may qualify if
You own 4 or fewer rental units and have properties located between Livingston Ave., Lockbourne Rd., Route 104 and High Street.
You join the Network by signing the Responsible Landlord Pledge.
Your emergency repair can be fixed for $5,000 or less, or you can pay the additional cost.
You agree to keep rents affordable for one year.
You meet all program guidelines and pay a $500 application fee on approval.
What is an emergency repair?
A repair need that affects the health and safety of the resident, such as:
Furnace
Hot water
Plumbing
Water or gas line break
