Tasting notes: Intense ruby-red color with violet glints. Ample, complex bouquet with floral notes of rose, chocolate and vanilla. Rich and harmonious, delightful, long lasting aftertaste. Origin of the name: Fanciful interpretation of the marquise’s Giulia Colbèrt surname, promoter of the Langhe wines in 19th century. Pairings: Soups, roasted meats, spicy and seasoned cheeses.

Origin of the name: Tebavio”, name given to the leader or king of the Savincati in the 2nd century BC. Pairings: Red meat, game, dishes with truffle, hard pasted and seasoned cheeses.
