Composite gel immunoblots of PGs from uterine and skin samples: versican (A) Aliquots of DEAE pool 2 prepared from uterine fibroids and normal myometrium (left-hand panel) or keloid scars and normal adult skin (right-hand panel) were electrophoresed on composite gels of agarose and polyacrylamide, and the gels were used for immunoblots that were probed with 12C5 for versican. The samples are as indicated. The image shown is representative for gels that were run three times with similar results each time.
