5. OLC – Certified Champions
Individual seekers who want to or groomed to lead a group of interested co- workers, students or friends in Heartfulness Relaxation, Meditation & Rejuvenation practices may apply or offered level 1 certification as a Champion. The authorized Facilitators of Heartfulness Institute will sign up and invite the champion candidates.
Once certified, Champions will be able to lead the group with guided relaxation, meditation and rejuvenation practices. Champions will be trained by these Facilitators, who will also act as mentors.
Connect organizations that require or allow a "onsite coordinator" may benefit from this as well if any of the volunteers from the new seeker group want to keep the group going without our facilitators visiting the connect organization weekly forever.
Examples include Yoga studio owners, Corporate Wellness ambassadors, Partners at retreat centers and other eligible Connect volunteers.

6. OLC – Certified Coach
Experienced Meditators (Abhyasis of any length with an ID) of Sahaj Marg Meditation System may get themselves certified as a Coach. Usually these are abhyasi facilitators, who help conduct Heartfulness sessions at various organizations.
This certification will help them open more opportunities and develop a comprehensive understanding of how to conduct the workshops effectively, support seekers and mentor the Champions.

7. OLC – Certified Trainer
Preceptors of Sahaj Marg Meditation System may get themselves certified as a Trainer.
This certification will help them open more opportunities and develop a comprehensive understanding of how to conduct the workshops effectively, support seekers, mentor Champions and Coaches and support them in Group meditations with transmission.

8. Eligibility Criteria – Certified Champions
Organizations, independent trainers and individual seekers who have
Participated in a Heartfulness workshop series
Completed at least 3 initial 1-to-1 sessions with a Heartfulness trainer or via masterclasses and are scheduled for weekly 1-to-1 sessions thereafter
Personal practice of the Heartfulness Relaxation, Meditation& rejuvenation techniques for 30 days
Minimum Age is 21 years, willing to coordinate connect and conduct HFN programs
Reviewed the training material incl watching HFN youtube videos and accessing cmspublic.

9. Criteria – Certified Coach, Trainer
Abhyasis and Preceptors who have preferably
Must have an abhyasi ID
Conducted one or more Heartfulness sessions
At least 90 days of personal practice of the Heartfulness Relaxation, Meditation, Cleaning and Prayer techniques
Weekly 1-to-1 sessions with a preceptor
Completed the Train the Trainer workshop and GITP (self study is allowed)
Reviewed all training material (Available on stages of practice)

17. How To Become Certified Coach, Trainer

OLC automatically assigns Coach Certification to Abhyasis and Trainer Certification to Preceptors.

Take Exam, Pass % is 80
