The Community Outreach Programs give visitors the opportunity to get involved in community service. Projects are led by TAM Travel representatives who act as facilitators and are offered at a variety of local entities/communities, where large hotels that partner with TAM are located. Tourists can sign up for projects well in advance. TAM’s Community Outreach projects require a 1-day long-term commitment; thus, they fit quite well within any incentive program.
